1. General Cancellation Terms

• All cancellation requests must be sent via email to bookings@spiritual-travel.com.

• Cancellations are only valid upon written confirmation from our team.

2. Refund Timeline

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation.

• Refunds are subject to processing charges (if any) and payment gateway deductions.

3. Standard Cancellation Fees

• 30+ days before trip: 90% refund

• 15–29 days before trip: 50% refund

• 7–14 days before trip: 25% refund

• Less than 7 days: No refund

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Last-minute bookings (within 48 hours of departure)

• Customized spiritual or private group tours

• “No show” at the time of tour departure

• Force majeure events (natural calamities, strikes, pandemics)

5. Special Circumstances

In certain unavoidable situations (e.g. medical emergencies), partial refunds may be considered at our discretion with valid proof.
